I don’t care about chocolate and I hate eggnog, but I’ve never met a cookie I didn’t like. I like the gingerbread ones (I bite the head off first), I like the sugar cookies and I LOVE the peanut butter ones with a kiss in the middle. Thankfully, I also like to run.
I like to think about cookies as energy for my runs. After all, one cookie has about 100 calories, which is almost exactly what it takes to power me through a mile. Perfect fit! And, since we all know that lifting weights has a continued burn effect, I like to think that for every set of core work I do, I need 2 to 3 cookies to power me through.
