I’m Doing It Right

It’s hot and humid here in Florida and I’ve never been happier. While the biggest goal is to just relax, the secondary goal is to help my body acclimate to the heat. While altitude training is a more commonly known training scenario to improve your running, heat training confers similar benefits. The link below discusses some of the reasons why:
